Arvind Singh Rawat is a co-founder partner of the firm and a distinguished professional based in Dehradun. He started his professional career with a reputable CA firm based in Dehradun.

He brings extensive experience from the finance industry where he served as Finance Head and Operations/Credit Head with the Non-Banking Financial Company. He is a graduate and a fellow member of ICAI with 25 years of expertise spanning industrial laws, corporate law, banking regulations, and Direct Tax Laws. Currently, he leads the firm’s practices in Audit, Direct Taxation, Company Law and System Audit ensuring robust compliance and advisory services for clients.

His deep understanding of the business environment coupled with a solid financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory and internal audits for companies, banks and public sector undertakings (PSUs).

He possesses in-depth knowledge of microfinance, NBFC, Co-operatives and education sectors along with extensive experience in the statutory and concurrent audits of banks. He is particularly adept in auditing for the cooperative banking sector. To augment his expertise, he has completed the Certified Bank Concurrent Auditor (CBCA) course and the ICAI Certificate Course on Co-operatives.
